How do I login?


To login on any JAS website, please click on 'Login / Register' button on the top menu, and enter username and password in the fields you will see. Then click on the SUBMIT button

How do I request a quote? How do I check my quote?


From any page on JAS website, click on 'Quote' at the left of the screen to access the JAS Quote section. You can submit a quote request or check the status of your current quote requests.

How do I track a shipment on JAS' website?


If you are a registered user for JAS' website, please visit the Login page by clicking on Login on the top menu, then enter your username and password on the following screen.If you are a JAS customer but not a registered user, and you have a HAWB (House document) number for your shipment, please use the QuickTrack, visible on the left side of the website.

How do I establish a PowerTrack account?


Provide your DODAAC and GBLOC information and we will establish a trading partner agreement. Your shipping activity will be fed electronically by US Bank on to your PowerTrack account, or you can enter manually (e-bill).

What paperwork is required?


Non-ITAR controlled commodities a Commercial Bill of Lading (CBL) is the only required documentation. For ITAR controlled commodities you will need to complete a Shippers Export Declaration (SED) via the Department of Commerce AES site. http://www.census.gov/foreign-trade/aes/index.html

How do I monitor a shipment?


The Government Logistics Services website allows you track a shipment via the Transportation Control Number (TCN) or reference information provided. Numerous check point scans are provided so that you can see your shipment progress to final delivery. Also, JAS Forwarding provides regular updates to GTN.
